In the same way you did a sweep yesterday of your confirmation pages, today your task is to do a sweep of your email auto-responders throughout the whole of your customer journey and ensure you have added a note about your community.

  • Order emails
  • Booking emails
  • Auto-responder
  • Email signature!

Don’t use an image banner as this can get you filtered into spam but a “P.S” in bold and a different colour works well in this instance..
