  1. Learning about your way of planning and journalling was a real treat, Laura. Best practices are those that can be sustained for a long period of time. I like writing 3 things you are grateful for. I used to do 10 for a while. It was nice, but was too much repetition of the same things. Three things are good because you become more selective. And I have to try writing about 3 amazing things I want to happen. Thank you for an amazing experience with this plan-a-thon.

  2. I journal every day but without this set structure, and only at the end of the day – will certainly give it a go in the New Year, and think it will help me to feel more positive by focussing on things I’m grateful for. Thanks Laura!

    1. I’m really glad you enjoyed this Zoe! I do a mix of guided and unguided journalling, but this way gives me such a great structure and flow. Happy new year!
